- Blot with a white cloth. Cold water, not hot. Heat cooks the sugar in.
- Do not scrub. A brush on wet velvet or acrylic is how you get a fuzzy bald patch.
- A drop of mild dish soap on a synthetic can help. A pour becomes residue.
If the ring stays
Cushions wick. What you see on the face may be sitting in the foam. We read the cleaning code, test a seam, and extract the upholstery so the sugars leave instead of souring. If the piece is dry-clean-only, we will say so rather than flood it.
