We document the rug’s condition and test for dye bleed and hidden contamination before cleaning begins.
Embedded dust and dry soil are removed from the foundation so the wash can work more effectively.
The rug is fully soaked, cleaned, and agitated with dual brush heads, then rinsed and squeegeed. The wash is repeated until the rinse water runs clear.
The rug is dried on our drying floor with air movers and a dehumidifier, typically in one to two days depending on size and thickness. Once dry, it is prepared for pickup or delivery and can be placed back on its pad in your home.
