If you are moving out
Book before the last weekend. Urine work may need dry time and a second look. A same-day “make it smell like soap” pass is how deposits get argued.

Ask for urine treatment in writing, not “carpet cleaning” as a line item. We can UV-map spots so you’re not guessing. Some pads are a replace, not a clean. Hearing that before a new lease is cheaper than hearing it from a tenant in month two.
High-traffic lanes and kitchen entries need extraction even without pets. Soil from the last lease is still grinding fiber.
