Why the rug has to leave the room
An in-place “rug cleaning” skips the steps that actually matter: dusting both faces, a controlled wash, thorough rinse, and drying you can inspect. If someone says they can do a wool or silk rug properly on your living-room floor, they don’t understand the work. It’s the difference between a dentist’s office and a kitchen chair.
At the plant we control water, chemistry, and dry time. We also catch dye issues, moth damage, and dry rot before they become surprises at your house.
What pickup looks like
Crews move the furniture that has to move, roll the rug and pad, and set the room back so you’re not living around a hole. When the rug is ready, trained techs return it, pad it, and place it. Ask us when you book—don’t assume you have to DIY the wrangle.
